Meet Felix Höber

Hey, my name is Felix Höber. At 24, I can look back on 10 years of training experience and numerous competitions – but above all, on the many people I've been able to accompany as a coach to their goals. I work with ambitious lifestyle clients and stage athletes, always with a clear system, open communication, and the ambition to create real change.

My journey began early – first with home workouts and bodyweight training, then with powerlifting, before I found my true passion in bodybuilding. Ten years of training experience, numerous continuing education courses, and a constant curiosity to learn more shape my coaching style. I've experienced a variety of phases myself: muscle building, dieting, plateaus, mental hurdles – and competition preparations with top placings on international stages. My knowledge is based not only on theory, but on real practice.

At the BNBF Northern in Great Britain, I achieved second place in the middleweight bodybuilding category with a strong performance. This competition was not only physically but also emotionally special – the atmosphere was friendly, and the competition was extremely tough. It made me realize once again how much mental resilience competition preparation demands and how crucial it is to deliver on target. Experiences like these strengthen my ability to guide other athletes through mental lows and challenging phases.

In 2021, I stepped onto the bodybuilding stage for the first time – at two major GNBF competitions. I took third place at both the Newcomer Championship and the International German Championship – in both the men's and junior divisions. This first season was a real game-changer for me: I learned how much discipline, structure, and mental strength go into prep – and how important good planning and support are. Experiences that I incorporate directly into my coaching today.

Participating in the UKDFBA Finals was a real highlight. I competed in the Classic Physique category and secured third place in an extremely strong international field. The finals are more than a competition—they're a statement. For me, it was a confirmation of my development and an important experience in terms of professionalism, stage presence, and focus. These are precisely the kinds of experiences I want to pass on: how to perform under pressure, remain confident, and stay true to yourself.

The EVO Classic was my last competition of the season – I finished fourth in the bantamweight bodybuilding category. After intensive weeks of preparation, this finale was a moment of reflection. Not everything went perfectly, but that's exactly what makes sport so special: reflecting, analyzing, and growing. It's precisely these "close calls" moments that create real progress – a principle I also live by in coaching. Every setback presents a new opportunity for development.

What began as a passion is now my calling. I love accompanying people on their journey—be it with small everyday goals or on their way to the stage. The next season is just around the corner, and my coaching is also constantly growing: new projects, even more individualized support, and a clear focus on long-term development. I look forward to working with people who want more—and are willing to work consistently toward it.

INBA Hungary was my entry into the 2024 international competition season – and it was an immediate success across the board. I competed in several classes, achieved a total of six top-three finishes, and won first place in Junior Bodybuilding. This day was intense, challenging, and incredibly educational. The variety of classes required not only peak physical performance, but also precise time management and clear focus. It was the moment I realized: I'm not just an athlete – I'm ready to take on responsibility for other athletes.
