Service Description
In technique coaching, we work on your exercise execution directly in the gym. You'll learn how to perform movements in an anatomically correct and powerful way – whether using basic exercises or machines. Ideal if you want to prevent pain, break through plateaus, or simply train more efficiently. Duration: 60–120 minutes. Available only in-person in the Dresden area.
